Chamomile Bitter

For years had been using kiva gummies before bed and I randomly came across this brand at happier grocery in nyc. I eat half or maybe 3/4 of a gummy and it does the trick. Also tastes amazing! Note They’re not like kiva in texture.

Helps me relax and with minor aches while falling asleep.

Despite the "Bitter" in the name, this is a delicious gummy, and not rubbery in any way. On top of that, it knocks me right the heck out, which is great because I suffer from chronic pain and have trouble sleeping at night. Mamma Mia!
