Mammamia products use hemp delta-9 THC, the component of hemp responsible forthe “high” effects.

Mammamia products are designed and continuously improved by a team of foodscientists who work daily to create industry-leading hemp delta-9 THC edibles. Ourstringent manufacturing standards and quality controls ensure consistent dosing andflavor throughout every batch of product we produce.

These products contain THC, so you can expect to feel a high or buzz. However, this sensation will vary from person to person and therefore we refrain from making too specific claims about how you will react to the plant compounds contained in each ofthe products.

We suggest starting with one (or part of one) piece and waiting at least two hours before taking another so you can understand how your body will react to the THC contained in each product.

Most users report an onset time of 15-60 minutes when consuming Mammamia gummies. However, onset can take up to 90 minutes for some consumers depending on their unique circumstance and sensitivity to hemp delta-9. Effects can last as long as 5 or 6 hours.

It is important to note that hemp delta-9 affects everyone differently. Mammamia uses the highest quality hemp delta-9 extracts combined with CBD/CBN/THCV that help facilitate different sensations like calm, euphoria, or body relief, for instance.

We strongly encourage of consumers of Mammamia to know their own needs and sensitivities and exercise caution when consuming hemp delta-9 products, especially for the first time.

Hemp plants and marijuana plants are both the same species of cannabis. Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC.

Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid that most people refer to when they say THC. Delta-9 is the same molecule whether it is derived from hemp or marijuana. It’s naturally occurring in all hemp and marijuana plants and has been consumed by humans for thousands of years – unlike Delta-8, HHC, or other synthetics which have only commercially existed for a few years.

We strongly advise starting with a smaller dose. For new consumers, a recommended starting dose typically ranges upto 5mg of THC. It's advisable to begin with a lower dose initially and gradually experiment with different dosages until you find the experience that suits you and your body best.

We always advocate for the "low and slow" approach to consuming edibles. Remember, you can always increase your dosage, but once consumed, you cannot decrease it.

It totally is! All of our products are legal and compliant in accordance with the 2018 US Farm Bill, which removed hemp-derived cannabis products from the controlled substance list as long as products contain a total Delta-9THC concentration of less than 0.3%…and ours do!

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a compound contained in marijuana plants. Hemp-derived THC is the same exact compound, derived from federally legal hemp flower in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) refers to the primary chemical compound responsible for cannabis’ euphoric effects. THC is one of many cannabinoids, or chemical compounds, produced by the cannabis plant that bind to receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system. A majority of cannabis strains are THC dominant, meaning THC is the most abundant cannabinoid. While the effects of THC are often noticeably altering, CBD works differently. CBD is another of the plant’s cannabinoids that stimulates different receptors in the endocannabinoid system. When taken together, they work harmoniously with each other to produce a more subtle, nuanced high.

We put CBN in our sleep products (Torino and Milano Buona Notte). CBN is a minor cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Studies have shown that CBN has sedative properties, helping to promote relaxation and sleep. However, the research is still in early stages.

We put THCV in our Roma wafers. THCV is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Studies show that THCV increases alertness and produces a feeling of energized euphoria.

Our products contain hemp-derived THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, and this will cause you to test positive for THC. We advise you to refrain from consuming these products if you are concerned about failing a drug test.

We recommend consuming our Milano gummies within 1 year, our Torino chocolates within 8 months, our Roma wafers within 1 year, and our Capri cakes within 6 months.

For best results, our Torino chocolates should be kept between 50-70 degrees. All other  products can be kept at room temperature.

Yes, we test for potency so you know that the dosage matches what we say on the box. Go to the product pages on our website to see the test results.

Milano is both gluten-free and vegan. Roma and Capri are both vegan. Torino is gluten-free. Capri and Torino contain nuts. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts. 

We like to ship our products as close to our production as possible, so sometimes we run out! But please check back in soon, as most products will be available again shortly. At the moment, we are not shipping our Torino chocolates during the hot summer  months, but will start again when the weather cools.
